CONFERENCE AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
In the face of Africa’s complex development challenges and dynamic business environments, there is an urgent need to integrate research, innovation, and enterprise into actionable strategies that support sustainable growth. The 10th DBA-AMR International Conference 2025 provides a vibrant platform for scholars, researchers, industry leaders, and policy makers to exchange insights and advance Africa’s research
and innovation agenda. Anchored in the theme “Upscaling Research, Innovation, and Enterprise Development,” the conference seeks to foster cross-sector collaboration, bridge the gap between research and practice, and champion evidence-based solutions that enhance competitiveness and drive inclusive growth across the continent.

SUBMISSION TYPES
 Full Research Papers (8000–10000 words): Both Theoretical and Empirical academic research
 Practitioner Insights (6–8 pages): Evidence-based contributions from professionals addressing
real-world challenges.
 PhD Colloquium Submissions (8–12 pages): Research proposals or work-in-progress from
doctoral students for review and feedback.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
1. Format Requirements:
 Papers must be submitted in PDF format
 Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt,
 APA 7th edition citation style
 Include an extended abstract and 3–5 keywords
 All submissions must be in English
2. Submission Process:

 Double-blind peer review
 At least one author of each accepted paper must register
